Queen The Music

The team of Queen Forever took to the stage in 2018 with the theater production ‘Queen The Music’. After no less than seven years, this adventure came to an end this past Tuesday at Theater De Kring Roosendaal, with their final performance — for now. The audience gave them an impressive 9.7!

With changing lineups at the front, we have tried — season after season — to share our love for Queen with the audience. Not through the usual costume play, but as ourselves; a team of unique personalities, each with a different musical background.

Since the very beginning of Queen Forever in 2009, we’ve seen many Queen tributes emerge in the Netherlands and from abroad. We can proudly say that we’re still standing, and we’ve built a loyal fanbase that joins us in celebrating that timeless music.

Even COVID didn’t stop us! Timothy: “We were the first to be affected. I was holding two coolers full of pea soup in my hands at Schouwburg Gouda when the producer called to say we had to evacuate the venue... Then we were among the last to be allowed to return to normal life.”

Not only do the musicians deserve credit, but also the technical team from GV Stage Entertainment and the production team from MBN Producties pulled out all the stops to create a show that impressed on every level. That’s why we were always invited to return.

And now? Is there life after Queen The Music – ‘A Night At The Opera’ & ‘The Show Must Go On’? As far as we're concerned: absolutely.
